I am working as a Lecturer/Associate Professor B in Additive Manufacturing of the AMASE Project at SETU-Waterford. Ireland. I received my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Huddersfield. U.K, Masters from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM). I have 15 years of interdisciplinary Research and Professional experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Materials Science and Engineering post my first degree (level 8: Bachelor of Engineering honours in Mechanical Engineering) working as a Research Assistant/Fellow, Lecturer/Tutor, and Engineer in the Industry, University Research Institutes, and at various Technology gateway Catapult centres in five countries (Ireland, U.K, Canada, New Zealand and India).
